- Choose the available template or output options and generate the QR or link.
- Scan-test the result before printing, publishing or sharing it.
Generate a branded QR, not only a raw code
The QR studio supports URL, text, phone and email content, with selectable card/poster/minimal templates, accent colour, export size and an optional logo. The generated design can be downloaded as a PNG after previewing it.
Always scan-test the final QR from another device before printing. Very dense content, tiny print sizes or a large logo can make any QR harder to scan.

A QR code only stores data
A QR code does not make a destination trustworthy. It encodes text such as a web address, Wi‑Fi configuration or contact data so a scanner can read it quickly. If the encoded URL is wrong, expired or unsafe, the QR code faithfully sends users to the wrong place. Always test the final code with more than one phone before printing it.
Print size and contrast matter
Black modules on a white background give the most reliable scan contrast. Decorative colours can work, but very light foregrounds, busy backgrounds and low-resolution screenshots reduce reliability. Leave clear white space around the code; that border is called the quiet zone and helps scanners detect the symbol.
Static versus dynamic QR codes
A normal browser generator creates a static code: the data itself is embedded in the image and cannot be changed later without generating a new code. Dynamic QR services usually encode a redirect URL controlled by a service provider, which allows the destination to change but creates a dependency on that provider.
Before placing a QR on packaging or signage
Scan a printed proof at the smallest intended size, from a realistic distance and under normal lighting. Also print the destination in readable text when the information is important, so users are not forced to trust an opaque code.
