These are the data-backed utilities currently connected to the shared source registry. The 160 general browser tools remain separate and unchanged.
Mandi / AGMARKNET prices
Provider: Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India, via Open Government Data Platform India.
Use: State, commodity, district and market price lookup with min, max and modal prices.
License: Government Open Data License - India (GODL-India).

GST / CBIC rate verification
Provider: Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC), Government of India.
Use: Official GST goods/services rate entries cached server-side so code search does not wait on CBIC for every request.
Important: Rate applicability can depend on description, value, packaging, use, notifications and conditions.
HSN / SAC search directory
The fast HSN/SAC text search uses a local reference directory. That directory helps locate likely codes; the applicable GST rate is checked separately against official CBIC/GST sources. A directory match is not presented as legally binding classification advice.
Divya India Data — proven feeds only
The separate /india-data/ section now uses only two straightforward Data.gov.in resources: the Department of Posts PIN directory and AGMARKNET mandi prices. Experimental MSP, Company/CIN and Export pages have been retired from the public hub.
India Post PIN directory
Use: PIN code, post-office, district and state directory utilities.
Resource: All India Pincode Directory till last month.
AGMARKNET mandi prices
Use: Commodity, mandi/market and district price discovery in addition to the main Mandi Bhav page.
Resource: Current Daily Price of Various Commodities from Various Markets (Mandi).
How freshness is handled

Compliance guardrails
Divya Tools does not treat every publicly visible government webpage as an open bulk API. Data reuse depends on the relevant licence or terms. Personal or sensitive records are not part of this public-data utility plan.
We do not plan anonymous public lookup tools for Aadhaar details, PAN personal verification, vehicle-owner personal data, driving-licence/EPFO/UAN personal records or individual land-owner profiling.

Connect and validate one source at a time, then watch real search impressions and completion rate before generating any large directory network.
Public tools stay isolated
The shared data layer is used only by data-backed utilities. PDF, image, finance, QR, developer and other browser tools continue to use their existing front-end engines; this rollout does not route them through the new data system.
For critical tax, market or business decisions, verify the current official source before acting.
